no, but the price for the basic package is about what my agent charges. But check what the 'annual administration fees' include. The bank introduction is expensive. My agent does that for a fraction of the 900 USD.

Be careful on cheap banking arrangement as it generally takes a lot of effort and time and often special contacts to get accounts open now. If someone is doing it cheap, can they invest the time in arranging an account for you.
