Hello,

I want to enter into the adult P**N industry and bought a website with licensed content, spend 30K on the venture.

What offshore company and bank account should I use for my new business?

I use CCBILL for payment processing”¦ any EMI that works with adult?

as you may now already, it's impossible to get any banking for adult biz! You want to setup some sort of cover website and business in order to succeed with this!
 
P**N sucks now a days! You want to setup this cover business as @auric already mentioned, there is so far no bank I know of that is accepting adult entertainment!

How to go about the proxy setup for a adult website?

You have:
1. Adult website
2. Front shop
3. Payment processor

1. When user want to pay, he press link let say "1 month subscription for 10USD!"
2. Link go to fron shop with amount to pay and user info
3. Front shop send him to Payment processor with amount to pay and user info.

For user he see that he press "1 month subscription for 10USD!" and go to Payment processor. step 2 is like 0.5 sec (depend on servers connection. I use same server but different ip address), and payment processor see user is coming from legal front shop.

Same way call back after payment was done, payment processor send success/fail to front shop that send it to Adult website.

Simple.
 
Awesome answer to this question @Min Park how do you go about should a customer call the bank to do a chargeback and he tell them what he actually bought?

And if the descriptor not match the website don't many do chargebacks?

I am a tech guy not finance.

1. Nothing can't prevent that.
2. After user register i send him email that tell him, thank you blah blah, and you will see under credit card statement "BLAH BLAH company" as our charge.
So user will know that this charge is our.
Most e-commerce MID name don't mach there website.
 
You risk trouble but most Adult webmasters have several setups in place already from the beginning or split their volume through 3 or even more payment processors.

depending mostly on market, US or Europe. For Europe you will find proper Acquiring Banks that will cover your business officially, you will charged around 4%.
In the US is harder, you must go trough one of the payment supplier like that one you mentioned that got covered self by the acquirer and cost you much more.

The Flow of Min Park will never allow you to go big.
One thing you will do is to have a separate website for customer support with a clean name, which you would use as descriptor. This is legitimate and a good acquirer self will suggest this, even to avoid chargebacks because of shame (imagine the wife of your customer see on the Invoice xxx-Name ... you know).

Big part of my biz is Adult related. Banking for all companies is with Banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. I'm working with various European Acquirers.

You need some high volume and a very low chargeback rate including good fraud control in order to work directly with a Acquring bank do you have that?

I was into the P**N industry and it is really sad, P**N money are "not welcome".
First Payoneer used to accept payments from chaturbate and it was legit, however, stupid payoneer turned into a nightmare after they noticed a charurbate payment (they had agreement with chaturbate and chaturbate had payoneer as a payment option). After that I went out of the industry but I believe Payoneer has created a new company and that company deals only with the P**N money.
I think some people just have passion for P**N business and it is very unfair that most financial institutions hate P**N. I mean it is a business, cam girls get their share, website owners get their share, clients are happy.
P**N is much better compared to guns or drugs. Plus regular P**N business include mature individuals 18+ years old, so they are fully aware and accept it as a job.
