What do you mean by "under the radar" ? you can't do that with the EMI's since most (if not all) will report your account sooner or later.

Forget about real banks they will report you too. There is nothing like anonymous banking any longer if you open the account personal or as corporate business account. What you need to do is either have managed accounts which most often are very costly, you pay some sort of establishing fee and a percentage of the amount under management.
