Why do you want to bank in the Netherlands? It requires personal visit and forget about real offshore companies they are rejected!

In NL only ABN AMRO provides non-resident corp accounts. The fee: 108 euro's per month.

as far as I know ABN AMRO is turning away from non resident accounts. They closed thousands of them in the last few years.

sorry, misread the information: ABN is turning away from personal non resident accounts. Corp non resident I have no idea.
For corp non resident I would check with ING bank as well.

Do they still provide non-resident corporate accounts? Frankly I send them an email and they wrote the only way to get in touch with business department is to give them a call. So I called them and the lady said they only open corporate bank accounts for companies having kvk, which I assume is local company registry, something not applicable to non NL company.

This is a good info. I have just sent them an email hoping that they will say yes to non resident company. Will update here if the answer is any different to yours. 😀
