Best Option For Online Hotel Booking Company

Hi!

Can any one recommend the best solution/country/bank for setting up booking corp similar to Agoda. Currentlly incorporated locally, but tax issues are too difficult. We need ability to take online credit card payments including ability to key including card not present transactions. Not a scam 🙂

Whats difficult about taxes? You can just hire an accountant 😀
