Offshore company formation

Hi there,

Im new to the offshore world and looking for a LTD company, i've searched forums but there are some few options i see.

We're planning to launch a ICO (Utility Token) but i want to intergrate a paypal payment option oid.

My budget is around 500 USD dollars.

i hope you guys can give me some advice

maybe i've been to quick with opening this post.

here some details

- we're from europe
- selling only Utility Tokens
- we would like to get a payment provider option, but if it aint possible that's fine 2
- development of our platform is already going on
- we only want to protect our funds

im sure i missed somethings but aint this the forum to ask for some advice

To setup an ICO requires a lot of professional help and even more than just a offshore company!
