Dear all,

How to proof to the authority that we are operating out of HK/UK. in order to get tax exemption?

in another words, how to get tax exception from HK/UK company?

Thanks

I can't tell you if this will work 100% since every tax case is different. But the general tax rules for most EU countries apply as the following.

If the company is controlled and managed abroad you don't have to pay tax locally. So in order to archieve that you want to setup the company with nominee director, shareholder and even a real office address where you have someone to pick up the phone.

You will need a electricity bill and even a landline or phone bill for the company from that country.

The more evidence you can build up around your offshore entity the better case you have if they come for you.

Hey man,

Everything looks great until you experience it yourself.
I know the HK company very well and operate with it for years,do not dream for the tax exemption even your income from other areas. It is very difficult to apply for that tax exemption. But you can pay less tax with HK.That's all.

Best,

BTW,if you stick to apply for the tax exemption, you need to prepare lots of paper works and prepare to answer their lots of questions in the next a few years, waste time and cost money...

It is true and the HK law supports it but as I said it is difficult and complex to make it work.
