Not dissolving Hong Kong Limited

Hello,

so my situation is that i opened a Hong Kong limited a year ago, then it turned out to be not necessary and i ended up never using it, didn't even open a bank account. Basically just incorporated the company and did nothing else.


Does anyone know what will happen if i simply dont pay the fee instead of properly dissolving the company? Would i get in trouble if i ever travel to Hong Kong?

They will strike off the company and resign from office service. That's it!

I would say NO there is no reason to pay the fee. I have done this a few times with Seychelles corps. they keep e-mailing you and finally resolve the company without me to pay a single $
