Hi. I need to renew my Belize LLC but my agent has disappeared. He simply won't respond to my calls or emails.

My bank (EPB) are requesting renewed certificate of good standing but I cannot supply it to them.

Has anyone got any options for me?

Thanks Auric. I just thought with my agent holding all my info and his company being the nominees etc that this wasn't possible . Where do I get a reliable agent?

If the company is in good standing you simply ask an Belize agent to take over the company under their office. A simple Google search here

will show you a list of Belize incorporation services! Use some of the paid services there and you avoid the so called scams if there is any of them.

Hi Blizz. Looked into it but everyone seems so expensive for this. It seems approx £2000 GBP (€2250 Euro) for renewal and transfer. I think thats to expensive tbh

If the company only requires renewal for 2018 along with Nominee Director and Nominee Shareholder then it should be a bit cheaper than the price you have been quoted. A lot of agents will transfer IN without charge to take on your business and continue to receive the annual fees each year thereafter. GBP2000 seems high to me for this.

Interesting because it was Turner Little that quoted that price. In fact Turner Little told me that it would be cheaper to setup new company at a cost of over £2000GBP

Spoke to someone on live chat on the Turner Little website

Would be nice to get a sensible and guaranteed price

If the company is up to date and does not need renewal for any previous years, just 2018 including a replacement Nominee Director and Nominee Shareholder then the cost would be £2035.00 in VAT without charging any transfer in fees. VAT may not be applicable to you, which would bring the cost down to £1675.00.
