Need advice for UAE or HK company & residence

Hi,

I'm a french resident doing ecommerce in dropshipping (china to Eu).
I want to open a company in UAE or HK, but anyone know what is the best in my case ?
If i choose HK, i opt for the THAILAND elite visa to live here for 5 year without any tax on my income from HK, and if i choose UAE i have not idea yet 😛

I have seen a problem for HK about accounting, lot of accountant provide price per transactions, but if you have 100-200 transacs per day... at the end of the month you pay more fees than profit.

I know some people doing dropshipping choose HK because they don't pay any VAT on the countries where the product are sent, did you know if this is the case for UAE ?

Any company recommandation for incorporate in HK or UAE ?

if you set up bank account in non-reporting jurisdiction, you may show as much transaction to your accountant as you wish (or just fill empty tax returns, which is usually included in annual fees)
had such experience with HK company and non-reporting bank in Middle Asia
