Belize Banking and Ireland

Hi All
I am trying to understand the benefits of opening a company in Belize, that has a bank account in Belize and found this statement below, quoting TIEA's. (What is a TIEA?)

Does this mean that as I reside in Ireland the bank will automatically inform the Irish Tax authorities that I have a company/bank account in Belize

TIEAs with Australia, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, negotiating with Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Aruba, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland, Poland, USA.

Has anyone had dealings with this offshore company as I found them online and they do all that is required to set up a company and bank account, but I can't find any reviews on them and obviously I am a bit nervous about who can do this for me.
If someone can help with a reputable company and answer the above questions I would really appreciate it
