How to buy crypto if bank blocks payments to exchanges?

I want to buy crypto with offshore money.
My bank blocks my transfers to Kraken.

So far I had no success with - Transferwise - they dont accept Seychelles.
I can't find any way on advcash to send wires

Can you recommend me another service?

They ask for "Official extract from the commercial register (not older than 3 months)". I am not sure how to get that.

Anywhere. I'd prefer Kraken but anything else is fine.

Sure I will contact them. Until then can you recommend me other services besides advcash, mistertango and leupay? I want to sign up to all of them and stick to the one that verifies me first.
