Hi,

I am looking to start a cryptocurrency gambling website and register it in Costa Rica. There seem to be a few sites offering this service but not sure if they are real. If you went this path could you let me know which service provider you went with please? Had a look at www.fastoffshore.com but can't really find any reviews on it.

You can avoid spend this money into a Costa Rica setup Gambling.
Register domain and use a address to whoever.

My solution is I think better, because this way you will not got troubles if you got catched.
A costa rica Setup don't offer any legitimate to operate Gambling services.
 
If it is a pure crypto casino, here are some options:

1. Setup a DAO - use that as the company. At the end of the day, you choose your jurisdiction and unless you hand it to someone through a "registration" (pleading), no one will make a claim over you.

2. Setup a Costa Rica entity... it won't affect the operation of your business much since its crypto.

3. Setup a Curacao licensed company for gambling, if you are on a budget, this is not an option.

4. Setup a GamblingTec.com casino, while it is a lot cheaper, again, it depends on your budget.

Malta is another option, but unless you are dripping with Gold, it's not an option.

I have not dealt with Costa Rica entities so I can not advise on that. A cursory google search should reveal a number of parties who can help.

Thanks will take a look . also is it possible to get a costa rica gaming company with a curacao license, no banking required ? I talked to a provider and they said they can offer that
 
Never heard of a Costa Rica company getting a Curacao Gambling License. To get the license you need a CW company with E-Zone status. Who is this provider?
 
So I spoke with the Master License holder in Curacao. It is strongly discouraged to set up a non-Curacao entity to operate a CW license and these are slowly being removed... Be careful what you decide to setup, it is possible you may end up with a double spend...

Thank you!!! I might just stick with just costa rica company, so if anyone registered a costa rica gaming company before and had no problems please let me know your provider .

Btw with gambletec what do i need to provide to be licensed with you ?

Can you tell me if you setup a crypto payment gateway for gambling and if, where do you set this up? Looking at it without any research then you won't need anything else then the tech skills to offer such service because it is unregulated and anonymous?

If you have the tech skills, use coinpayments since they don't require KYC (of course 0 fiat). I used it in a gambling site I did before and it's easy to use (they have multiple libraries).
