What bank can we open an account with remote and that can handle IBAN, SWIFT and SEPA transfers?

I don't really care about privacy this time but more or less something easy and reliable?!

I am afraid, that there are no simple options for offshore banking anymore
Compliance in 2018 is a headache and takes at least 3-5 weeks

Paysera suits your requirments, but it is not a bank

Does Paysera allow SWIFT transfers directly to the IBAN in the account holder name or they require to send to an account in their name and include a "Payment reference" with the customer's code/account #?

I believe the only way to go is the hard way and find a normal bank / offshore or onshore. They are the only that may provide what you are looking for. There is no easy way to go.

SEPA - on your name; SWIFT - as you have mentioned in the second option
