Trading Ltd. with a RO in Vietnam

Hello gentleman,

i would need your advice.

I would like to finalyse a trading operation from asia / Vietnam and europe.

The idea is to setup a represent office in Vietnam with a ready made shelf company ( older then 1 year is needet for the RO in VN)

The goods will be exported by a vietnamese company with a export/import license.

The Bankaccount i would open in a international bank located in Vietnam. (for the represent office)

My clients are in Europe, but i need to buy fabrics in china and pay people/ companys in VN.

Which country you would recommend for the company registration?
