I plan to do international trade business as a broker.

Currently, I face sales contract knowledge problem, which means I don't have law background.

Does anyone here know how or which forum share the info or legal template for international trade business?

I will have an offshore company to do the international trade business.

Would you share your experiences about this?

Setting up an offshore company is a way to have more international thinking and may find out more business tools comparing to what
I have done in the past years locally.

Also, offshore company doesn't require accounting statement and provide better or no tax. Am I right on this?
