I want to get started with a brand new music shop, website and all that stuff is already in place, now I need to find a place for the company and for the banking!

What would you suggest to be the best place? I consider Belize or Cyprus!

If you want sell without VAT, UK might be very good option. Extremely easy and cheap (like 15 euro) to incorporate and you can sell 90000 euro per year without VAT. It gives very good competitive edge over other EU states. In my experience, rather easy to open EMI or real bank account from mainland Europe to British companies.

UK seems to be a great place for what you are looking for OP!

I would agree also but after March 29, 2019 UK will no longer be an EU country.

Thank's for advise. I like the idea of UK, @Martin Everson what do you think will happen once the UK is not part of the EU any longer?

Nobody knows, but UK VAT laws are up the air. Have a read of the following article for example.

UK companies will face huge new VAT burden after Brexit

If you want certainty and to trade across Europe freely walk away from a UK company at this time.

With 15 euro investment, UK company is a solid choice for at least one year. And as we do not what happens after Brexit, it might still be a good (or even better) after it.
