Registered office in Switzerland / Zug does this work for company?

Does someone know if this Geschäftsadresse und flexibler Arbeitsplatz im Lakeside Business Center Zug can be used for providing a valid address for company formation in Switzerland?

It's very cheap compared to the many other offers I have read!

My plan is to register my Swiss AG on the address of the above office I rent, do you think it can be done? Will I have to pay corporate tax in Zug then or in the Cartone I live?

Yes it can be used to register your Swiss company. You will pay corporate tax in the Canton the company is registered i.e Zug.

Yes Switzerland is expensive as hell. That office is a very good price for Zug and walking distance from Baarerstrasse where my company office is. I may switch now actually.

take care that you really get a rent contract for this shared office which means that your company then has "own" office and not a c/0 address only. if the later is the case you will pay tax there where you operate your business.
 
Is the rent contract the most important to pay attention to? or is it the uniqe business address?
 
The most important not, but you need it to be able to verify that you have a "own" office. what you mean by unique business address?

Aside of this I have take a look on the website, did someone aside of the price catch the difference on the various shared offices?
Shared office economy CHF 195
Shared office business CHF 410
both include "Geschäftsadresse" only

Shared Office Premium CHF 1069
offer "Geschäftssitz und Postadresse"

But the best would be to ask them directly to be sure.
 
I will contact them, it seems you are right it is just the office Space you can't receive postal mail there nor can you use their address unless you pay for the "Postadresse" ! so it makes it very expensive Again!
