Definitely not Cyprus only.

Which solution if you may share?

They are not cheap. I will PM you. Sample pricing: sending SEPA transfer 0.1% min. €20!

This is what i don't get.. Isn't it supposed to be cheaper than this with *any* real bank? What's the point of using an EMI if even SEPA transfers are this expensive?
And btw, within EU my experience with e-banking thus far has been that SEPA transfers are free. Period.

Different EMIs compete with banks and other EMIs in different ways. Typically comes down to product (better app, better features), pricing (cheaper), and acceptance (accepting smaller and/or riskier businesses).

In the long run, the market will decide which EMIs stay and which fold.

That's because there are a lot of businesses which banks won't accept. EMI knows that and take advantage of it. That's why you have low cost or free EMIs and those asking high fees for usually higher risk businesses. EMI being cheaper than a bank is a myth. EMI are private financial institutions, not banks, they can charge whatever they want for SEPA transfers.
