Offshore jurisdiction that works with Transferwise borderless?

I have seen Cyprus to work fine, a customer of mine say he has done it with a Belize and St. Kitts corp. I can't just find any information if they accept the 2 jurisdictions. Maybe a ticket to their support will let us know.

Here is a list Supported Countries | TransferWise Support & FAQ - International Money Transfer Belize nor St.Kitts is mentioned there but I don't know if that is only for the payment transfers!

I would recommend a Cyprus non resident and maybe setup with darks. Not sure if TransferWise is able to check the vality of the darks, I have spoken with some forum users that say they were able to open a transferwise with darks.
