I need your advice as people with experience in offshore and related services.
I have with partners 5 active IT projecs (related with hosting, dating traffic and other types web non-abuse traffic etc) big part whites and a little grays 🙂
Big part of customers are from EU other world wide, the same situation with suppliers.
We are wanting to open companies + bank accounts for each our project.
Why offshore:
1) low tax/0% tax
2) main reason: i can't show to our suppliers that i'm shareholder/director on of their customers, because there is a conflict of interest.
I though about offshore company with full nominee services (shareholders + director) , where nominee director can sign contracts and open corparative bank account for company.
I read there about "darks", but i doubt, because i small list of finanice companies where i can open "bank" acounts for financial activities.
I ask for your advice/help in resolving my situation. (if somebody from agents can help to open company and make additional services turnkey - i will be glad to discuss that in PM.)
