It has been a while that I'm investigating but I still got no answer yet. I have a few assumptions that I don't know if I'm wrong or not, hope you can help me. My main goal is not hiding for anybody, is just trading and saving money for the future.
1st assumption: As far as I know, if I don't take a penny from my company as personal income I don't need to declare anything, therefore I don't have to worry about privacy. Am I right? (live in Europe or in the UK).
2nd assumption: Jurisdictions like Hong Kong and BVI are getting many complaints due to their bureaucracy and lack of privacy. Are there more reasons for not choosing these jurisdictions?
So, what I want to say is that I'd like to create a business offshore, but I'm not going to take the profits for me (at least for the first 3 years). So what I need is something with no VAT and very low corporation tax. Privacy is not an issue for me (see first assumption). I don't mind if i have to give a lot of documents. What do you recommend?
