Hi. I'm a European citizen and I want a debit card that I could use for online purchases and ATMs (I don't need high limits, 500eu/month is fine) with low fees for both. However, I want it to be reliable (without the chance of it going poof with my money one day, so say bank-like security) and preferably no face verification. Although the last criteria isn't necessity, reliability and fees is. Oh, and I would need it to be capable of being used anywhere in Europe (including countries like Poland with currencies different from Euros).
Looking for a European bank card like this for a European citizen...

Try revolut.com . They provide a MasterCard or Visa Card and also give you banking facilities! They also have $17M of investment so I don't think they will be going poof anytime soon.
You can also try Jando or LamdaCard! Monese is also good...
