I am sorry that English is poor.

We need to circulate about $ 100,000 a day. This fund will add to over $ 300,000. It is also the purpose of daily circulation.

I am a Korean and Korea is limiting overseas remittances. However, company remittances are relatively unlimited.

I have joined the mentoring group and are studying offshore companies. I contacted SFM before that. "do not need a license" he said, referring to Hong Kong.

So I was wondering about the 'license'. My business is Cryptocurrency trading.

The location of the Offshore Company has not yet been determined. Please advise if you need a license.

I am going to establish an overseas Head Office -> Korea branch.

The flow of funds is ...
Bank of Korea -> Foreign Cryptocurrency Exchange -> Purchase Coin -> Korea Cryptocurrency Exchange -> Korea Branch -> Repeat

Please answer in detail.

I doubt that a Hong Kong bank will open an account for you to do cryptocurrency trading. You might have a chance if you get an MSO license, but it will take you 6 months and a few thousand dollars in legal things to get it. I suggest taking a look at Gibraltar. They are on the way to licensing cryptocurrencies and they can issue a virtual IBAN to you through Wave Crest for example.

You may look at some banks in Switzerland and even be required to incorporate there in order to open a bank account! I know that they don't require a license in Swiss for this purpose. There are many comapnies already there with similar business.

You do require a FINMA license to buy and sell crypto currencies in Switzerland. They do have legal framework for that and it seems that the canton of Zug is becoming the Crypto Valley of Switzerland, but from what I heard in order to incorporate and get a license there you will need a local Swiss resident working for you and managing the company, you can't really do it as a foreigner from abroad.
