Hello all,
I need to know if is here any problem with opening PayPal account on Delawere company?

- For how long PayPal hold payments received by PayPal links?
- Bank account must be opened in Delawere or can be in EU?

I am EU citizen and sell digital goods via internet. Legal business ...

Best Regards

Owner, bank account and PayPal account need to be in the same country. What you try to do will not work unless you can get nominees for your Delaware Company and ask them to open the paypal account.

This rule applies not only for Delaware, it applies to anywhere.
Whenever you want to open a Paypal account, they will require your company to be in the same Juristiction as your bank.
Documents start being required by Paypal when you reach around 2,000 dollars.

try to open a delaware company and use a mail forwarding so you can have you adress and all your need to open a pp account

Hi

It is not required for same "Owner, bank account and PayPal account country"

It is required only for your company, Paypal need your company to be registered at same country where you open Paypal account BUT owner can be from other country, I asked to them for that because they dont offer me the posibility to withdraw in EUR currency from my country

What about the bank account? have you asked them if the bank account need to be in the same country as the company ?

At least in european companies it is not required, I have a eurocompany (not EEA) and they only allow me add a US bank account so his system is forcing me to add a bank account different of my registered company country (it is bad because then I would need convert from USD to EUR with exchanges fees). I also have a eurocompany in EEA and I can add a IBAN from other different country to withdraw

yeah I noticed the same. You can add a bank account from a bank in your current country or a US Bank account not a different EU country. It's a strange policy if you ask me!

You are wrong @diablo

If your company is registered in Europe but not EEA you only can add a USA bank account; at this point your account is not openned from Luxembourg and it is directly registered in USA so I understand what CRS doesnt affect you.

If your company is registered within of EEA you can add a SEPA bank account from ANY EEA COUNTRY

Atlas Stripe offers you a non resident LLC company type S in Delaware with a bank account in the same jurisdiction for 500$, but you are subject to pay 20 to 30% in taxes. If your company or you are European better search those options with lower taxes
