Best offshore solution for import/export trading company

Good Day all,

I am in the process of researching the best solution for a trading company, conducting the following activities:

1. Receive orders and payment from customers in Africa for goods
2. Purchase and pay for goods from China
3. Ship (dropship) goods from China direct to customers in Africa (note goods are full shipping containers)

My reasons for wanting to setup an offshore company for this are:

1. I am from Africa, and I want to sell to my own local competitors in Africa, without them knowing that they are purchasing from me.
2. I also want to sell to my own local company in Africa, so that I reduce my tax bill in Africa

This could be done from a BVI company or Seychelles company which has it's benefits towards africa.

You will need to open a bank account to receive and send payments, this could be opened remote for instant in Cyprus or Mauritius, where both provide Internet banking and debit card.
