Any service providers for US LLC?

Is here anybody work for US LLC formation? or know any service providers reliable?

Why is CCLOGIC.COM inaccessible, temporarily or no longer in business?

Also, could you recommend me some EU banks with low fees for sending/receiving funds.

You mean with or without personal visit? Cyprus banks have the lowest fees for offshore banking and no personal visit.

personal visit is fine as I live in the EU.
Could you recommend me any specifically?
I have read fee schedule of some Cyprus banks, not so cheap.

ohhh I just found out that US LLC need to file tax return even if all its members are non US residents....

Please recommend me other tax havens with good reputation, easier to open account in the EU and with lower fees(annually fee). Thank you

You could simply go for a Belize company or Seychelles. It's pretty straight forward process and not very costly.

but is it true that most banks(EU banks) wont let a Belize-registered company open an account..? if yes, any other better jurisdictions you could recommend me?

yes it is true.. at least I found Cyprus that has no problems with it as long as the business model is accepted and all documents are available.

Cyprus banks don't have any problems with Belize corps. Also AdvCash and Worldcore accept Belize corps 😉
