Looking for someone with offshore company and PayPal Account

I'm looking for someone who already have a offshore company setup + a working paypal business account to sell some virtual goods (video games related) and send me the money on my french company bank account
(i can provide invoice).

I would prefer a company in a good looking offshore juridiction (based in Europe or HK).

The turnover is going to be 25-40k monthly and i'm ready to give a 5% cut.

Who would risk their PP account for doing that for 5% ? any 3rd party payment processor charge 15% !

What is your chargeback / dispute rate? and why don't you open your own account?

My chargeback rate used to be something like 2-3% of the transactions when i still had a PayPal account.

When i'm talking about a 5% cut, it's after chargebacks of course, you will deduce the chargeback before sending me the money.

I'm banned of PayPal because of previous copyright infringement so i can't create any new account under my name related to video game business.

I'm just going to sell virtual gamecards (a pdf with a code to use on some gaming platform) so there isn't any chance your paypal account got closed.

I'm looking for a long term partner to do that and if you think 5% isn't enough i'm ready to consider a bigger cut.

I will provide more details to anyone that want to get more informations, there isn't any catch here 😉

That's the problem, it has to be below 1% to get own merchant account and I'm sure PP also don't accept this!

Why not buy a simple stealth account for $20 find it on Google - Or you create a new account with darks and sort of banking, EMI maybe!

@auric how would you go about it to setup an PP account with darks and withdraw the Money? any EMI provider that would be accepted by PP you think?

I'm not really used to, but a stealth account is viable on a long term ? Won't it be closed after few transactions ?

Also i need to be able to withdraw to my company bank account in France, if i use a stealth / opened with darks PP account it's going to be hard to justify to tax offices from where the money come from and why i got it, that why i'm looking for a company i can bill.

great alternative would be to only accept bitcoin payments for such service since I believe it's not legit.

I already works with a Payment Processor (PaymentWall) to accept credit card, premium SMS, prepaid card, bank transfer etc since years and it's not a issue.

I just want to put PayPal back along with PaymentWall solution cause i've lost about 30% of conversion since i don't offer PayPal anymore, so bitcoin won't really help me 🙂

You don't have to link your own PP account and withdraw to bank account ?
