Is there a list of EMI's that have the capability to send to an actual bank account and not just another waller? I believe with LeuPay you can do this, are there any others?

Poster above mentioned worldcore. I got a message from them basically saying they work with a seriously limited number of countries and I don't fall into one of them.

That is a problem, most EMI's focus on the EU/EEA.
