Open a company in Malta or Seychelles

Hello everyone,
I live in France and i would like to open a company in Malta or Seychelles. Maybe, i will live in this country after 2 or 3 months. How can i open a company ? What is the best for me ? What are the differences ?

You may do some more research on what it is you are looking for!

Malta is a low tax jurisdiction while Seychelles is a no tax jurisdiction. It will depend on your business your goals and where you are located what will fit best for your needs.
