Dominica Company + St Vincent & Grenadines BanK

Hello Guys,

I was thinking of forming a company in Dominica with banking in Latvia .. but after reading the comments on this forum i changed my mind due to AEOI etc .. now I have been suggested by an agent to form a company in Dominica with banking in St Vincent & Grenadines. Does anyone have any experience with banking in St Vincent & Grenadines ? if so is it safe ? are they ok to deal with ? what are the pros and cons of this combination please ?

Any other suggestions of secure offshore banking welcome 🙂

What kind of requirements you have for you company? I mean, it can be a good solution but you have to give us more info about your project.

I sell products online on an online market place.. i want to receive my payments via my offshore bank account and use the money to pay off my credit cards used for purchases .. i dont intend to keep a lot of money in the bank account at one point of time.. looking to have GBP account.. with good online banking.. and a debit card which i can use online to pay off my credit cards and other payments online.. i can provide all documents/ID etc no problem ..

I am aware of a bank with a similar business structure as you suggested in your post, operating in Dominica with a company in St.Vincent and the grenadines. Internationaloff is correct about knowing your customer base.

My customers are based worldwide .. i would say majority of them from UK/EU .. and about 10%-15% from the rest of the world
