Advice on Formation/Banking for Internet Marketing business

Hello, I am in contact with several people here, but thought I'd post this to maximize exposure.

I run a classified ads posting service.

My main concerns are:
1) corporate litigation from various companies. There are many cases of US companies prosecuting based on copyright violations (DMCA) and criminal (CFAA)
2) With EMI via darks: I am concerned about holding $500k+ on AdvCash or even splitting across multiple EMI accounts/providers. Seems risky.
3) With a real offshore bank like CYP, funds are more safe. But what are the chances that my real identity would be released to via US FATCA?

What is the best setup for me to maintain maximal privacy given #1, while still paying taxes for #2? Ideally, nobody will yield to US litigation.

In either case, once the funds are in EMI / offshore bank, how do you recommend getting my funds to my personal account, if I want to, for e.g., purchase a car or a house?

Is setting up an onshore company and invoicing my offshore company for goods/services is a good idea? Or hiring myself? Would there be tax violations there?

Well as you both may have read. Many are using darks for company setup and EMI. Maybe @auric is able to help here.

why would you be more concerned with an EMI provider compared to a a real offshore bank? I would say the risk to Loose your Money is the same, that said I'm the happy owner of several EMI accounts with darks and have never had a single issue that couldn't be solved within a few days!
