I'm a US citizen planning to start selling services as a Business Management Consultant. I have roots in the US and can't leave for the amount of time it would take to gain citizenship elsewhere. I'm considering building my consulting firm as an IBC, but am not sure if it is right for me. I would like to operate transparency and abide by all laws. I'm having trouble understanding exactly what the laws are regarding US citizens being paid by foreign corporations and what can be considered business expenses.
