Anyone ever tried the univision mastercard for internet marketing stuff? - as surrogate for an US bank account to receive payments

There is this website that tell's you how you can remotely open a US bankaccount ($15 orso) and they point you the Univision MasterCard with a manual (site is in spanish) on what to fill-in. In the end it did not work, but I may have missed something.
If you want a US bank account, book a cheap ticket to the States and open an account at any Wells Fargo or Bank of America branch (bring a PP and -credit- card of a well known bank (in your name)), buy a us sim (Lyca) for sms verification on eBay. For kickers WF does not use your TIN anywhere in the application procedure ....
