I'm planning to host an indian P**N site who's content will be made inhouse but as it is illegal to produce and publish P**N in india i'll need an offshore company. Obviously i'll be buying american servers for the website but the problem is how to get an offshore company and bank account for that P**N site. I'm not the first one to do it there are already 100's of indian P**N websites doing the same i'm just new to the scene and don't know how to do it securely. I've come across many websites who promises to do it all for you but after chatting to their agents and looking into them, most of them are there to scam. Some which looked genuine don't want to get involved into this sort of stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

Company will not be your main problem, the bank account is going to be a problem. You will need to use some service like LeuPay, Worldcore or similar to receive the money from the billing company and then transfer it to a real bank account if needed.
You can use an offshore company + Leupay, but you must choose an alternative Business activity on Leupay portal during recording.

You register a offshore company for instant Seychelles or Belize, you open a EMI account, for instant LeuPay, Worldcore etc. tell them it is a different actvity and build a cover website for this purpose that you can show them if they at any point ask.
NOTE: Leupay is active here on the forum so Worldcore is, you will need to avoid to ask to many questions public and think out of the box. You will even need to be careful with who you trust in this case since it seems something shady is going on lately.

Please do. To begin with which website should i trust regarding opening offshore company. As most of the trusted websites don't want to involve themselves with adult industry and those who do are shady.
What company have you contacted to help you? I don't think there is any problem with most of the trusted service providers around with Adult and Offshore corps. Only the banks will have issues to help you!
