Hi I would like to start a business in UK I basically the main idea is take payments from cards with a POS, the real business is about party houses where I sell alcoholic beverage, time with girls, sex and this type of services, I know this is not legal but I want to hide like legal bussines as Alcoholic beverage (Im not sure as i need license for this) or just party events or something like that as this bussines will be working in the night and morning.
Im thinking to open a Offshore company with fake ID in Seychelles for example and after that i was thinking in Leupay or myPOS for processing payments. what do you thing about guys?

The only payment processor that will work with an offshore company is 2checkout as well as some other 3rd part billers. Most will require you either to incorporate in Europe or in the US, the latter requires again a SSN to apply for an merchant account or you look into stripe.com/atlas

I cheked both but its look like processor for online payments, not for P.O.S physically that's what I need, check myPOS.eu I think i explained wrong

I don't know if I wrong but the only problem with Malta company will be the tax on end of year.. I suppose they shut down the company if i don't pay as i don't want to pay any taxes..

You can register a Cyprus company abroad, means it has no tax to be paid!

Hi, I was thinking exactly in Cyprus company abroad when you post it..So do you think this structure is right?
Cyprus company + Cyprus Bank account + myPOS (as they accept cyprus companys)
or
Cyprus company + EMI(Leupay or other) + myPOS
what do you think?

Both solutions are good with MyPOS.
