Best site to exchange money at best rates?

This is not really offshore.
I have an onshore business and I always get paid in USD or EUR. However i need money in my home country currency (eastern europe).

Which is the best site (most trusted with best exchange rates) where I can open a business account and exchange my money?

The exchange rates at the banks in my country suck.

Both TransferWise and Revolut have business accounts, the former now also provides EUR, USD bankaccounts. If you want to exchange into fi. PLN they also have an account for that (not thirdparty access) .

Thanks for the recommendations so far.

I need it for USD > RON or EUR > RON

Currencyfair doesn't have RON. Transferwise has a huge 1% fee, which is too much.
Can you recommend any other sites?

Why do you get payments in RON just wondering? You could simply only accept EUR and USD for your business or not?

I already received EUR and USD but when taking out dividends I have to take them out in RON. There is no other way. My bank kind of sucks with the exchange rates.
