First link does not work! second link they seem to be fine. make a domain lookup on them and check them on Google and then compare the data!

What company setup are you looking for with them?
 
Both the links seems to be working fine.

I am planning to set up an offshore company for international trade with 0% tax on profits.

Send them an e-mail and see if they reply. Do you know what setup you need? Look for reviews on Google to see if you can find anything, if not they may (or may not) be fine to use.
