How to setup offshore company with dta?

Now I learned how to setup a anonymous company and how to setup a company with fake docs. but I never learned how to setup a company with the benefit of using DTA!

Does someone know how I legitimate can use DTA to avoid to pay tax in my home country?

You need real office and real staff to make that happen. You need a local CPA near you and a CPA in the offshore jurisdiction that your country has signed a DTA with!

yes that's what I mean.

Check the list of signed DTA's and if you country has an agreement with the jurisdiction of your choice!

My plans are to register a Cyprus company for this purpose! I considered BVI and Gibraltar but after reading all the problems I'm looking at Cyprus.

Cyprus has signed DTA's with most countries around Europe as I read. It's a good choice for tax planning.
