I can register a company from distance without travelling to Bulgaria.

Without travelling to Bulgaria I need a Power of Attorney + translations and certifications of docs (Bulgarian embassy).

For legal setup Bulgaria seems to be cheap and fine if it really covers everything you need, the fee that @Internationaloff listed! Otherwise go for Ireland, UK, Cyprus!
