Where can incorporate and easily get a certificate of tax residency?

My software company is currently registered in Hong Kong. Now I have big client that asks me to provide a certificate of tax residency.

Unfortunately without having an office or employees in HK, I won't be able to get such a certificate from the authorities there.

Are there any jurisdictions where I can incorporate my business and quickly obtain this certificate?

Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

I assume it is for the company! If so, you can get that for a Cyprus company!

You can get a Tax Certificate for a Cyprus company!

what would your customer need this for 😉 ? I've never heard of customers asking for tax certificate ...

Some companies in Europe actually require such a certificate if they have doubts to do business with you or if you ask them for credit.

his client asks about tax assignments in order to resuscitate himself from problems. if you do business with a company that does not pay taxes, you will be beaten up that you have not checked and you will have problems.
