yes I read Leupay seems to be most used! Will try them. I like Worldcore because they are on the forum which give me trust.
You want to follow this thread regarding WorldCore Worldcore banking alternative with debit cards.. Please Read! they claim there will come a solution to personal IBAN accounts.

Is this Leupay IBAN account number same as any REAL bank account number?
And in what country do you get this Leupay Bank account number?
I know only Payoneer and they provide a USA bank account number
And the reason i ask this is because like google play store needs i have bank account in same country that i have my business based

Leupay is same as any REAL bank account, with unique IBAN (MT). Leupay can send/receive SEPA/SWIFT transfers.

Okey that was no good news for me, but maybe works good for many others
i think i will use delaware and payoneer usa account for my business setup, the problem is only that i need pay tax for they who buy my services inside usa not outside usa

If you do LeuPay it works. I have been lucky to get it all setup now.. took some time through the verification s**t with LeuPay and PayPal but so far it works.
According to here: Non-US Entrepreneurs: You Can Sell Products into the US without Paying US Tax - U.S Tax Services you don't have to pay tax in the US.
However, do be aware, that although delware is touted as no privacy / no public registry that you have to make some filing each year which *IS* on the public record. I forget the details, but if you are the sole owner / director / whatever term they use, your details are public after a year from what *I* understand. Note, I am not an expert that is just what I inferred from reading about it.
Nothing lasts forever. To the OP who is worried about a site that isn't earning yet being long term and a movie streaming site at that. These sites are not long term. If you get big enough to make good money you will have the attention of Hollywood to deliver with who will probably get your shut down in the "long term". Worry about traffic, worry about turning a profit. *IF* this is still going in the long term, then you should have the money to deal with it properly then, if not, nothing lost 🙂

For most site owners, getting paid to a payoneer card which you can then use to take money out of ATMs is sufficient as they are not making enough that this isn't sufficient. If it is sufficient, then you will have the resources and connections to come up with a solution for you

Some years is not 1-2 month, please comment my comment in 3 - 5 years from now and we will see if i was wrong or right. I 100% sure this forum have FBI,international police,tax authoritys look at all the time and this fake id i feel have no future but right now i think it works fine for SOME TYPE of business we all have different business and i happy it works for you 🙂
anyways this topic was not about fake id or passport we need open another topic for that and i happy discuss it more.......
i not against people sell tha service but i feel it have no future....i would not bee suprised if you soon need digitaly sign papers and show you the real person behind the account. but we are not there right now still we use this stone age copy passport method and i know many people are happy for that and earn money on it 🙂
