They remain to ask for the utility bill even their website or verification process look like this they ask for it. LeuPay sucks with all their verification.

As a Leupay personal account user - how functional is the account to use? Can you look at all transactions on a web page, choose time periods to view, download statements, set up and save payees - you know, like a regular bank account?
From what I remember it's the same for personal as well as business account!
Most if not all of these EMI providers require a utility bill or at least a bank statement!
