Need European Bank account with IBAN account

I need to get an EUROPEAN BANK account (IBAN-SEPA).
I used payoneer but it seems I can't receive payments except from companies.
Any trustful and reliable alternative please ?

If you can get an account with Sogexia - Compte de Paiement et Carte Bancaire MasterCard Prépayée they are good and provide you with instant IBAN account.

Before anyone flirts with these EMI joints, i would consider CIM Banque in Switzerland. No need to travel there. They use Online Ident procedure.
