Can you please list the banks that are available to open an account with outside of Cyprus?

Is there anyone reliable please?

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and accepts third-party payments.

CIM Bank is a valid Swiss bank that requires Video conference call. Otherwise we have all the EMI account providers. Loyal Bank seems to be a good alternative too, not sure what requirements they have but will find out shortly.

I have to disagree here. These protection insurance schemes are designed to make people feel comfortable but often have no merit. The FDIC in the states for example insures up to $250k but if they were ever called upon for this, they do not actually have enough funding to cover it. If this is a concern for you, it's better to go with a bank in a strong stable jurisdiction that does not offer insurance because they don't need to!

But isn't it better with insurance than banks without?
