How to register a offshore company with nominees?

I have setup a 100% anonymous company with dark docs. all great I'm so happy!

Now I read here and there that nominee's is required to stay anonymous if I want to use my own docs for another setup. What are these nominees and how do I insert them?

An IBC company can have:
- Nominee Shareholder + Nominee Director;
- Bearer Shares + Nominee Director (Best choice).

An LLC company can have:
- Nominee Member + Nominee Manager. thu&¤#

Do you sign any contracts or so? otherwise use the darks and save the money for for the nominees! To answer your question. The nominees will only protect your from be listed anywhere public but in regards to tax information exchange and similar it won't protect you.
