Cyprus company + Cyprus bank account and PayPal account with fake docs?

So, I just thinking about how to setup a anonymous company with PayPal and was wondering if we use fake documents to setup the company and bank account (may be only digital currency account, Xapo for instant) so we will be able to open a stealth PayPal account too right?

Idea 1 for banking:
The only problem is the real banks with fake docs, that won't work. BUT if we register the company with real doc, open the bank account, and then just ask the agent to change owner of the company without to notify the bank, then, once change are in place we open a PayPal account with the fake docs! Do you think this works?

Idea 2 for banking:
If idea 1 for banking does not work, so we could use Xapo for verification of the PayPal account and use a EMI service provider for banking. I don't know which one of them would work yet but thinking of testing it soon.

What do you think can this be setup somehow?

That could actually work. You can't just do that with most agents. They will most often inform the bank. Another thing is, that sometimes the bank will ask for new incorporation documents or at least a Certificate of Incumbency so thy may figure out that the ownership has changed. That's only with some banks so depending on what bank you choose it can work.

Interesting i look for a solution the same that works with paypal and totally anonymous setup but i think it would bee hard to do that with Cyprus banks....hmmm
