Cyprus Trust formation anyone?

Has anyone tried to setup a Trust in Cyprus fully managed by the service provider that setup the entity for you?

I read here and on a few other websites it is a great way to protect assets?

Do you guys think that having a Trust you can evade the "control and management" rule? Is this 100% true?

According to what I have been informed that is exactly what you can do with a Trust, depending on how it is setup!

There are various types of trusts depending on what you need and what you want to do with the trust assets. Discretionary trusts are generally more favorable because the beneficiaries are not disclosed. Law firms and service providers are usually licensed to provide the services of the trustee.
