What offshore company for bank account and paypal?

It can be done with a Cyprus company & cyprus bank account. So far so good I know it is possible but I don't know how to get the paypal account anonymous in this matters!???

Setup the entire thing with darks, belize company, 2checkout and EMI account with debit card!
