Beside LeuPay then I would still recommend you to work something out with the digital service providers as Admin already mentioned.. they will be the only possible option to setup something anonymous.

Beside that, you want a VPS and VPN!

If you need company and PayPal, you can open:
Company and bank account in Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania.
Both in same country.
But if you need privacy the choice is to spend a lots of money.

Can you please explain why should Paypal and the Company/Bank be in the same country? You can transfer from a Paypal account to most of the EU banks...

Maybe they will report you.. but using the fake docs. you don't care about this any longer! This method is widely used by most people that seek privacy.

So when you say 100% private offshore account I say it does not exist. Otherwise you may read the thread here for something we may say is 90% safe:

OP I would take Admin's advice and get yourself setup with an anonymous account with one of these services! It is much easier, faster and secure. Their are lot's of people that simply don't understand how things work today and that you have to be careful!

No they wont if you use dark docs! it is working fine. As many others here I'm sleeping well after I used these docs for my online services around. I have use them for hosting providers!

Yes correct. There are all these pessimist and professionals around that will tell you this is a dangerous way to go or it can not work or similar.. for me it works I had 0% problems and like my new live ki#¤%ki#¤%
